There are multiple problems with my device, what is the process?

Please mention this on the Anything else you’d like to add box and we will send you a complete offer for all the issues with your device.

I have more than one device that is broken, do you offer a deal on the second repair?

Yes, you would receive 10% off on the total price (Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion).

How long does it take to repair my phone?

Most devices are repaired within 4-6 hours when the part is in stock including pickup and delivery. Most software issues take the same amount of time. Hardware issues need more time.

What if I already purchased the part needed for repair?

Cost of replacement will depend on the device and labor time spent on it. Contact us at support@yallageek.com for more information.

What devices do you repair?

We repair iPhones, iPads, Android Phones, Macs, iMacs, Playstations and Xbox consoles.

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our repairs come with a Lifetime Parts and Labor Warranty. We do not cover misuse cases.

What are your normal hours of operation?

We work around the clock for requests, pick ups and deliveries follow the following schedule:

Sunday – Thursday: 14:00 pm – 11:00pm

Friday: Only pickups are available, we do not repair devices on a Friday, unless it is an emergency.

Saturday: 10:00 AM -11:00 PM

Do you sell parts?

We do not sell parts.

Do I need to make an appointment to have my phone repaired?

Yes, you will be contacted by our scheduling team once you approve our offer by email.

What about sensitive data?

We do not access your data, in fact we do not ask for your pass codes unless it is really needed for testing. Your data are 100% secured. For Mac repairs we ask you to please backup your data before sending in your device. 

Does your warranty cover accidental damage?

No, we cannot cover any form of accidental damage.

What if I do not know what is wrong with my device?

Our team will diagnose and will send you an offer. If you accept the offer we will repair your device, if you do not accept the offer a diagnosis fee of 10 JDs will be added (this fee covers our transportation and labor time spent on your device). Accepting the offer waives off the fee.

Do you fix water damage?

Yes, we do repair water damage. If your device has been wet, the best thing to do is to power it off right away. Do not plug it in and get in touch with us (all water damage repairs need to be diagnosed because every case is different)

What are some of your most common repairs?

We repair a lot of Apple products (iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone). The most common repair we do is the glass screen replacement on those devices.

Do you sell cases and accessories?

In the near future definitely, at the moment we offer you a Tempered glass screen protector on every iPhone screen repair for an additional fee of 6 JDs.
